Marybeth - Front Office Coordinator
Marybeth is detail oriented and enjoys interacting with patients. She handles all insurance pre-certifications and is devoted to serving patients prior to and following any cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures, answering questions and addressing concerns. Marybeth has been serving the needs of patients for more than eight years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and shopping.
Maria - Front Office Receptionist
Maria's customer service background significantly contributes to excellent patient care. She understands the importance of patient confidentiality and has been working in the medical field for more than 13 years. Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as traveling and kickboxing.
Kathy - Office Manager, Patient Coordinator
Kathy's organizational skills and respect for patient privacy make her uniquely qualified to provide each patient with a positive experience. She has an extensive background in health, fitness and nutrition. Kathy enjoys spending time with her son, teaching spin classes and cooking.
Allison - Medical Assistant, Esthetician.
Allison performs high quality, customized skin care treatments to address each patient's individual aesthetic goals. She has been serving patients for more than five years and specializes in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, custom facials, laser hair removal and photo facials. In addition, Allison serves as Dr. Kagan's medical assistant and assists patients with a variety of procedures. She enjoys spending time with family, boating and traveling.
